Hi, I'm Brittany!
I am a mother, a holistic health enthusiast, and a passionate believer in the wisdom of God’s design—that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that the physiology of birth is a powerful testament to this truth.
My own transformative experiences through pregnancy, unmedicated water birth, and motherhood opened my eyes to how many of our fears surrounding birth are echoes of cultural programming rather than truth.
Through intentional preparation—unlearning and relearning how to nourish my body, move, breathe, and release fear—I discovered not only how to trust my body, but how to meet challenge with peace and patience.
When I surrendered my life to the Lord and asked Him to reveal my calling, birth work was the answer placed on my heart. Saying yes to this work has been one of the greatest honors of my life.
As a certified birth doula through DONA International, my calling is to offer compassionate, evidence-based support to families from all walks of life, while also providing a Spirit-led support option for my sisters in Christ who desire to have their faith woven into their birth journey.
More about me:
I'm a mom of a beautiful 5 year old and "Tati Brittany" in my beloved Haitian family and church! I'm a woman of many interests and birth has revealed itself to weave through them all. When I'm not wearing my doula hat, you can find me traveling home to Texas, exploring theology, tending to my chickens, homeschooling, making great outfits, self-educating, annoying everyone about the herbs growing in our backyards, making art, teaching toddlers, or trying to find a horse to ride.
