Hi, I'm Brittany!
I’m a mother, a holistic health enthusiast, and someone who deeply believes in the wisdom of God’s design—that our bodies are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that the physiology of birth is powerful, purposeful, and deeply intentional.
My own transformative experiences through pregnancy, unmedicated water birth, and motherhood opened my eyes to how many of our fears surrounding birth are often shaped by what we’ve been taught, rather than what is truly possible.
Through intentional preparation—unlearning and relearning how to nourish my body, move, breathe, and release fear—I discovered not only how to trust my body, but how to meet challenge with peace, patience, and surrender.
When I surrendered my life to the Lord, I asked Him to reveal my calling and guide me toward work that reflected His heart. Birth work entered my life during that season, and saying yes to this work has been one of the greatest honors. It feels deeply aligned with who I am and how I’m called to care for others.
As a certified birth doula through DONA International, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to families from all walks of life. My approach is rooted in presence, respect, and meeting you where you are—while also holding space for emotional and spiritual support, if that’s something you desire. I’m especially passionate about being a Spirit-filled support option for my sisters in Christ who desire to invite faith into their pregnancy and birth journey.
More about me:
I'm a mom of a beautiful 4 year old and a Texas girl married into a Haitian world! I'm a woman of many interests and always have a hard time with defining myself in an "About Me" section. When I'm not wearing my doula hat, you can find me traveling, following endless rabbit holes that most people could care less about, tending to my chickens, teaching toddlers, reading, informing everyone around me about the how their backyard weeds are medicine, making art, singing, wandering the wilderness, or trying to find a horse to ride. I absolutely LOVE being a doula and feel eternally grateful to have found this work!
